I do not issue tickets for the Garden Days. When I receive your booking form and fee I will send you an email receipt (or a postal one if you don't have email).
I'm afraid that no refunds can be given for cancellations within 14 days of a booked Garden Day.
Places can be reserved and held for up to 5 days only.
With the exception of Days 7/8, travel to the gardens is by your own cars. You may want to share with friends. The gardens have ample parking facilities available and instructions are given as to where to park.
Full written directions to the gardens are sent out 3 weeks before the date of the visit. The address and postcodes of the gardens are given to help you plan your journey. I suggest you use your SatNav or www.multimap.com to estimate how long your journey from home might take. Add a margin of error as these can be optimistic.

There is a limited number of places available for each visit so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Please bring suitable shoes and clothes for garden visits. There are often slippery or uneven paths and steps. The ground in the gardens can be muddy and you need to take all reasonable care.

It is well worth considering travelling by train from London Euston to Grange over Sands with one change at Lancaster. Its very quick at 3 ¼ hours. The station is right opposite Grange Hotel with a short walk up the hill to hotel.
A coach will transport us from the hotel to the gardens, leaving at 2.00pm on 6th and 9.15am on 7th.
